The phone rings in After Hours Quote and Bind (AHQB) about 1,000 times a day. Sound ugly? It’s just the opposite; each call could be the start of something beautiful.

Jennifer is part of a leadership team leading more than 500 licensed sales representatives who answer agent office calls after normal business hours in Bloomington, Ill., El Paso, Texas, and Jacksonville, Fla.
One call, starting with Jennifer’s team member and eventually reaching Jennifer – was a customer with another company who had never had a discussion about the coverage she should have. After a few minutes with Jennifer, the caller knew the package of products and coverage we provide was what she wanted.
“She was so grateful for the time we spent with her,” Jennifer said.
