Agency
Agency contains several units which help identify, select and train individuals to become State Farm Independent Contractor Agents. The department also coordinates and administers programs for field associates who support agents. In addition, Agency develops educational materials for products and services, produces agent communication, and plans agent conventions and incentive travel.
The Agency Services department is responsible for agent contracts and compensation, incentive programs, designing and supporting agent systems as well as report management.
Positions you might find in Agency and Agency Services
Field Sales Associate
In this role an individual is generally responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of a territory business plan that is designed to increase mutual fund, variable annuity, health insurance, life insurance, and bank production by qualified agents.
Agency Field Leaders
The individuals in these positions provide on-going support to Independent Contractor Agents through coaching, consulting, and sales support.
