Clerical/Administrative Support

Clerical and support positions are found in almost all functions and departments in our operations centers, field, and Corporate offices. In general, a clerical or support employee may be responsible for:

  • Entering data and preparing reports, records, and requisitions
  • Filling in for temporarily absent employees
  • Opening and releasing mail to staff members
  • Preparing materials for use at conferences and other meetings
  • Preparing correspondence, coordinating appointments, and arranging schedules for meetings on behalf of staff and management
  • Demonstrate proficient computer skills
  • Arrange meeting facility equipment as requested  

A few examples of clerical/administrative support careers include word processing operator, secretary, legal secretary, and executive assistant.

When you enter the “Begin Job Search” area of the Career Center, you won’t see a Clerical/Administrative Support job category. Just select “Para-professional/Support” from the Job Type options.
