State Farm Bank® – Bank Response Center (BRC)
BRC Representatives play a key role in providing basic services to State Farm Bank’s customers over the phone and using the company’s computer systems.  The position also includes written and verbal interaction with State Farm Bank customers, agents, and employees.  Representatives handle balance and interest rate inquiries, general account services, and new account opening.  They also provide information on State Farm Bank products and procedures.  BRC locations include:  Bloomington, IL and El Paso, TX.

Customer Response Center (CRC)
State Farm’s Customer Response Center (CRC) partners with the agent’s office to meet customer expectations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  CRC was created in 1997 and currently serves customers in the United States and Canada.  As an extension of the agent’s office, CRC is staffed with professional, well-trained individuals whose primary focus is to provide a human touch and a positive customer experience.  The CRC is able to efficiently assist customers with many transactions, including initiating newly reported claims, taking premium payments, and resetting statefarm.com passwords.  For situations that require agent handling, CRC representatives are able to provide comfort or reassurance to customers and gather information to assist the agent.  CRC locations include:  Bloomington, IL; Jacksonville, FL; and El Paso, TX.

Quote and Bind
Quote and Bind is an inbound call center that was formed in 2005 to serve existing and potential State Farm customers as well as our 17,000 State Farm agents.  The operation is designed to quote and bind auto insurance to customers who call State Farm outside the normal operating hours of our agents.  The primary focus is on selling State Farm auto policies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Employees new to the department will be licensed and trained to sell and write quality auto business.  Quote and Bind locations include:  Bloomington, IL; Jacksonville, FL; and El Paso, TX.

Insurance Support Center (ISC)
The Insurance Support Center (ISC) consists of four departments at each location – Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; and Phoenix, AZ.  Each department handles a multitude of functions, all of which allow State Farm to deliver exceptional quality service to our policyholders.
The Support Center functions as a technical solution center that provides support to more than 100,000 State Farm associates located in operations centers, claim offices, agents' offices, AFOs, CRCs, Corporate and the ISC sites.

The Data Center's primary services include maintaining system availability for access to policyholder, accounting, and employee data residing on mainframe and server systems. They also handle batch processing and ad hoc programming services for zones.

The Payment Center receives and processes premium payments, banks the money received, and updates the policy records.

The Printing, Inserting, and Mailing (PIM) operations print and mail the hundreds of thousands of policyholder premium notices and policy information daily.
