Bank Collection Center Representatives
The BCC Representatives serve as the primary customer contact on delinquent accounts within an inbound/outbound call center environment.  Collections Representatives are responsible for using the appropriate systems to review and analyze customer accounts.  They also educate customers on the importance of timely payments and recommend appropriate solutions for meeting obligations and avoiding possible consequences.   Knowledge of applicable collection laws and regulations is beneficial to performing the duties of a Collections Representative.

  • Answering inquiries and customer questions
  • Operating mainframe/PC equipment
  • Researching and resolving difficult customer problems.

Bank Operation Center Representatives
The BOC Representatives are responsible for deposit account activations and account servicing for State Farm Bank's customers.  The position also requires written and verbal interaction with State Farm Bank customers, agents, and employees.  Representatives carry out State Farm Bank’s customer service philosophy in a fast paced environment.  A BOC Representative may be responsible for:

  • Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers verbally and in writing
  • Applying proper internal controls to insure integrity of data
  • Operating mainframe/PC equipment
  • Researching and resolving problems

Bank Response Center Representatives
The BRC Representatives play a key role in providing basic services to State Farm Bank's customers over the phone and using the company's computer systems. The position also includes written and verbal interaction with State Farm Bank customers, agents, and employees. Representatives handle balance and interest rate inquiries, general account servicing, and new account opening. They also provide information on State Farm Bank products and procedures. A BRC Representative may be responsible for:

  • Communicating effectively with customers via the telephone and/or computer
  • Answering inquiries and customer questions
  • Operating mainframe/PC equipment
  • Researching and resolving difficult customer problems
