I enjoy my work because…
...it is a good fit for my skills.  I am using the skills I acquired in school and through previous work experience, as well as developing new skills on the job.  I am able to use my insurance background and my research background in the same job - which seems like a very unique position.  Best of all, I am appreciated by my management for the work I do.

One of my responsibilities is to hire interns for project work at the Research Center.  I am passionate about ensuring each individual hired into a position has the skills to do the work in this environment and will enjoy the topics they are researching.  I also want to give these employees a good sense of what it is like to work at a Corporation that cares about their employees and gives back to the community.
