Here at State Farm…
...I am the liaison for Auto Property Claims (APC), which includes Auto Claims Central and the Complex Total Loss Unit. I work with the 529 employees in APC on their Individual Development Plans (IDP’s), talent profiles, mentoring, identifying resources, and other developmental needs. My major project is the development of course curriculum for our zone.  Our general offerings are done primarily through the Virtual Classroom.    

What I enjoy most about my work is…
...encouraging people to develop themselves. Whether they are looking for career advancement, or are happy in their current job, I think it’s important that everyone continues to develop. I like the challenge of finding creative ways to develop those who don’t see a value in developing themselves.

I'm Passionate about…
...faith, family, and friends. I love spending time with my family and friends.  At State Farm, my passion is developing others (and myself).  I'm able to do what I love and get paid for it.
