I chose State Farm as a place to work due to the company's image, focus on people, and its reputation as a company that provides longevity.  I would only work for a company of which I am proud to share with others. And I am proud to say "I work for State Farm!"

State Farm does offer a truly comfortable environment. Everything they are reflects employee and customer focus! Other companies say they are, but State Farm really shows they are – every day.

What I enjoy most about my work is…
...helping people exceed their own expectations, and developing to their full potential. In my role I have an opportunity to positively impact the careers of other State Farm associates, while learning and growing through those interactions. I also like the fact that I can use my talents to achieve results. I have the flexibility and autonomy to decide the best way to get the job done, with full support in doing so.

Outside of Work…
...I enjoy working on home improvement projects, watching sports, and relaxing with my daughter and two dogs.

Jennifer's career path:
I recently joined State Farm fulfilling the role as Supervisor in Auto Quote and Bind.  Previously, I focused primarily on leadership within customer service support centers.
