Why State Farm?
I had a good friend who began her career with the company as an Auto Claim rep during my last year of college. She ALWAYS shared positive things about State Farm, which made me interested in learning more about the company. She introduced me to the operational aspects of the company and opened my eyes to the many opportunities State Farm has to offer – and I'm glad she did!  I started with the company three months after earning my Bachelor's Degree.

There are a wealth of opportunities with the organization. While we all give a lot at work each day, I can sincerely say that State Farm has also invested a great deal in me – through continuing education, job specific training, and personal development opportunities and support. Working at State Farm enables me to enjoy a comfortable lifestyle, while offering job security and career satisfaction. 

What I enjoy most about my work is…
...helping people exceed their own expectations, and developing to their full potential.  In my role I have an opportunity to positively impact the careers of other State Farm associates, while learning and growing through those interactions.

Outside of work…
...I am married with two young children, and we do a lot of fun family activities (which keep us very busy!)   I’m also an avid supporter of the fight to end breast cancer, and walk 60 miles each year to raise money in support of the cause. Education is also very important to me, and this is my fourth year as a Classroom Consultant for Junior Achievement.
