California Zone Operations Center

The State Farm California Zone boasts 840 miles of beautiful coastline and a wide range of scenery – from sandy beaches to redwood forests to desert lands. While one word cannot describe it adequately, the closest that comes to capturing its essence is diversity. The people who live and work in California are as different as the geography.  Diversity of opportunity is also one of the finest features of State Farm’s California Zone. There are thirteen key operations centers located throughout the state and sixteen major departments. While job seekers will find most initial opportunities to join the company in Claims or Underwriting, the wide range of departments ensures that associates can pursue opportunities in areas that match their greatest strengths. 

Our California employees and agents are actively engaged in their communities through volunteer opportunities like Junior Achievement – a program helping third graders read better by spending four days a week in the classroom teaching reading essentials. They also volunteer their personal time and enhance that time through the Good Neighbor Grant employees are eligible to apply for on behalf of their nonprofit organization.
