Northeast Zone Operations Centers

The State Farm Northeast Zone is comprised of the nine states from Maine to Pennsylvania – a geographically diverse area that includes both rural and urban centers.  The region’s rich cultural diversity is an important part of our corporate culture, as reflected in our 13 active employee resource groups and specialized business units like Multicultural Markets and Language Services.

Our three major operations centers are in Ballston Spa, NY, Parsippany, NJ, and Concordville, PA.  Departments include claims, underwriting, public affairs, agency, human resources, learning & development, accounting, marketing and administrative services.

Ballston Spa is in Saratoga County, just 30 minutes north of Albany on I-87.  Opportunities include entry-level positions in claims and underwriting.

Parsippany is in Morris County, 45 minutes west of New York City and easily accessible by routes I-80 and I-287.  Hiring needs include claim litigation professionals (in Summit, NJ) and entry-level claims positions on Long Island.

Concordville is in Delaware County, 45 minutes south of Philadelphia and easily accessible from routes I-95 and 202.  Entry-level opportunities include claims and underwriting.

There are also many satellite offices throughout the Northeast, including those in Bedford, NH, Orange, CT, Rochester, NY, and Pittsburgh, PA.
