Health Care Coverage
State Farm offers healthcare coverage through a Group Medical Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plan, with a variety of plan options. In addition, most State Farm locations have a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) option. We provide employees a variety of resources to help them choose the healthcare option that best meets their needs.
Group Dental Plan
State Farm's Group Dental Plan provides coverage for preventative care, dental restorations, and orthodontia care.
Group Vision Plan
State Farm partners with Vision Service Plan (VSP), the nation's largest provider of eye care coverage, to offer a Group Vision Plan which includes routine eye exams and contact lenses or eye glasses.
Flexible Spending Accounts
State Farm's Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) provide the opportunity to use pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible medical and dependent care expenses. Participating employees do not pay Federal income taxes, State income taxes (in most states), or Social Security taxes on contributions to or distributions from these accounts.

Group Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Plan
The State Farm Group Life Plan provides financial benefits to beneficiaries in the event of death. In addition, there is an Accidental Death & Dismemberment benefit under this plan.
Group Voluntary Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Plan
The State Farm Group Voluntary AD&D Plan provides financial benefits in the event of certain bodily injuries resulting from covered accidents. The Group Voluntary Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan is in addition to the AD&D coverage under the Group Life Plan.
Group Long Term Disability Plan
The Group Long Term Disability (LTD) plan provides regular monthly income when plan participants become totally disabled and unable to work for a prolonged period of time due to illness or injury.
Group Long Term Care
Long Term Care provides employees and eligible family members coverage at group rates for nursing home care, home health care, adult day care and homemaker services. Respite care is also available under the plan. Eligible family members include spouses, parents and spouses' parents.
