College Tuition Reimbursement – State Farm recognizes the importance of continuing your education.  Eligible employees can receive tuition reimbursement towards an Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university of their choice up to $5,250 per calendar year. 

Insurance Education – Insurance education is available to broaden employees' understanding of the insurance and financial services industry. Successful completion of certain courses will result in financial rewards. A few examples of insurance designations you may want to pursue include Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), and Fellow, Financial Services Institute (FFSI).

Professional Designations – State Farm sponsors approved employees working to achieve a professional designation in their field of employment.  A few examples of professional designations offered are Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Professional Secretary (CPS), and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Leadership Development – State Farm provides you with an opportunity to develop your leadership skills.  Whether you want to develop your leadership skills in your current role or want to develop your skills to step into a supervisory position in the future, you can choose from a variety of resources and developmental opportunities to help develop your leadership skills.
