Systemic Improvement

State Farm® Education Excellence

Systemic Improvement chemisty class

State Farm® has chosen to be an active partner with our educational communities.  We support improvement efforts underway that are realizing significant gains in academic achievement for all students.  Systemic improvement initiatives are those programs and processes requiring longer periods of time and investment of resources to impact measurable student achievement by changing the way schools deliver education. Initially, State Farm’s primary systemic improvement strategy was to support such programs as Baldridge in Education – a practice that helped schools use and implement continuous improvement strategies. The systemic improvement category has been broadened to include innovative, long-term, self-sustaining results-based improvement strategies.  These are strategies that are integrated into the school system, changing school culture, improving teaching methods and impacting how schools deliver education.

Providing a solid, safe, foundation for our youth, for our future.
