State Farm offers tuition reimbursement to help qualifying employees earn Bachelor's or Master's degrees, or complete courses related to job duties. In 2006, there were 1,052 associates participating in this program.

• 296 associates achieved their Associate’s Degree
• 592 associates achieved their Bachelor’s Degree
• 164 associates achieved their Master’s Degree.
