To learn and apply development best practices, we are an active member in the L&D Roundtable. This best-in-class organization does research and identifies best practices in the learning and development arena.

We applied these development principles particularly in the area of manager-led development and development in the work. We are seen as industry leaders in this organization and, as an example, hosted a Roundtable session at our Corporate Headquarters attended by Learning & Development leaders from other companies who wanted to learn from our efforts.
