In addition to our year-round, 24-hour a day claims service - we are also equally prepared for a major catastrophe.
We have 12 mobile vehicles, ranging from a large van to a full-sized tractor trailer (18-wheeler). Five of these are satellite-equipped. Some of these vehicles allow us to set up drive-in auto claims operations wherever we might want them. In addition, our 1,700 catastrophe claims specialists, along with independent contractors, are fully trained and equipped with the latest technology to serve our customers efficiently and immediately, at their time of need.
