State Farm Volunteers

The Rohnert Park Operations Center volunteers throughout western California several times each year. Each volunteer opportunity is unique.

Some regular volunteer activities include:

• United Way
  Events include Human Race and Day of Caring.
  
  
• Junior Achievement
  We provide mentoring and financial support for JA educational programs.
  
  
• Neighborhood Housing Services and NeighborWorks
  We provide human and financial resources for NHS programs in Sacramento, Richmond, Vallejo, San Jose, Oakland and Ukiah. NHS works with community support to revitalize homes and neighborhoods, creating a better living environment for residents.
  
  
• Black Expo, Chinese New Year, Vietnamese TET Festival, Mariachi Festival
  State Farm celebrates California's rich diversity by supporting community events that focus on our vast array of cultures.
  
  
• Special Olympics
  Associates help coordinate the event, and help participate in many activities throughout the region.
  
  
• Rebuilding Together with Xmas in April
  Associates in the Petaluma, Rohnert Park, and San Jose area volunteer to help revitalize old homes and neighborhoods.
  
  
• AIDS Walk
  Held yearly in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, Calif.
  
  
• Paint The Town
  Associates help paint homes and buildings in the local area that need touchups.
  
  
• Speakers' Bureau
  State Farm associates are available to speak on a number of insurance-related topics including disaster preparedness and teen driving.
