Notice of Privacy Policy to Consumers

Although you may not be a State Farm policyholder or customer, you are receiving this notice regarding State Farm's privacy policy since you have been identified as having been involved in a claim with a State Farm insured. This means you may have been involved:

• In an automobile accident with a State Farm insured as the driver of another vehicle,
• As a passenger in a vehicle involved in a claim with a State Farm insured,
• In a claim recorded under a State Farm Homeowners policy.

It is possible State Farm customers may receive this notice and a separate privacy notice by virtue of being a State Farm insurance policyholder or owner of a financial services product.
