Statefarm.com® Career Center Updates are LIVE

Effective Monday, March 3, the newly redesigned My Career Center for State Farm® employees went live.

At the same time, the Career Center on statefarm.com and statefarm.ca® has also made the shift to accepting online applications from external applicants. The "Search Jobs" link under "Job Opportunities" will guide you to the newly updated application process.

Key changes include:

  • Job openings: All openings available to external applicants are posted on statefarm.com and statefarm.ca. While State Farm will continue to use Internet job boards such as CareerBuilder.com, those interested in applying for postings will be redirected exclusively to statefarm.com.

  • Searching for openings:  Employees and external applicants can now search for jobs by entering criteria, such as a specific area of interest like Claims or Marketing, state(s), shift, and other keywords that match their interests. In addition, a Job Search Manager allows internal and external applicants to set up a search that will run automatically on a daily basis, notifying individuals by e-mail when openings arise that match their criteria.

  • Submitting a resume: External applicants no longer need to submit a paper résumé. They can now register online, submit an online résumé and apply for positions through the Career Center at statefarm.com to be considered for employment opportunities.
