As a State Farm retiree, you know what it means to be a good neighbor and be there for our customers.  Now in your retirement, State Farm is here to assist you with all your Human Resources (HR) related needs.

The Associate Services Center (ASC), soon to be the Human Resources Services Center (HRSC), is available to help you with a large array of HR services.  You may recognize the ASC as the division that handles your benefits enrollment, but we do so much more! 

Did you know we can help you interpret your pension check, answer questions relating to your medical eligibility, as well as process beneficiary and address changes?  We can also add or delete a dependent from your benefit coverage or change your Federal or State withholdings.

Information about our name change

Since our inception seven years ago, the ASC has supported all associates and retirees Enterprise-wide with HR-related needs.  We recognize because our name is significantly different from names customarily associated with Human Resources, our alignment with the department may not be fully apparent.  To increase awareness of our services and help our customers identify us as part of Human Resources, the ASC is changing its name to the Human Resources Services Center (HRSC) in January, 2008.  You will start to see information about this change over the next few months.

Since this is a name change only, you can expect uninterrupted service as this change is implemented.  Our services will remain the same, and you will receive the same level of excellent customer service.  Our phone number will also remain the same.

Whether we call ourselves the Associate Services Center or the Human Resources Services Center, we’re still your first stop for HR services.
