State Farm® Year in Review gets makeover – becomes State Farm Journal
The annual report for State Farm, the Year in Review is taking a different shape.
This year it will be called The State Farm Journal and it’s a newspaper. The State Farm Journal (SFJ) captures State Farm’s 2006 year in review and also gives a high-level sense of what State Farm hopes to accomplish in 2007.
Retirees will receive a copy of the State Farm Journal in early May 2007. It is also available on statefarm.com®.
Why the change?
The goal of the State Farm Journal is to tell State Farm’s story factually – providing clear, concise, easy-to-ready information. The newspaper format is a great fit for this objective, as it provides greater flexibility in design and content than the traditional booklet designs of years past.
What can I expect to see in the SFJ?
Readers of the SFJ will see articles about:
- Leadership viewpoints about State Farm’s 2006 performance
- What State Farm is doing to reach out to more customers
- Financial and growth results for the Company
- State Farm’s response to claims in 2006
- How State Farm is attracting and retaining employees and agents
- How State Farm is reaching out to communities
