2012 Annual Enrollment

Pre-Medicare Eligible Retirees
Pre-Medicare eligible retirees and/or eligible dependents will receive information about 2012 Annual Enrollment by October 20, 2011.  The information will include important changes regarding the State Farm Group Medical PPO Plan for 2012.  After you review your information, if you do not want to make any changes to your Group Medical PPO Plan coverage, no action is required.  However, if you would like to waive coverage or add/remove a dependent, contact the State Farm Benefits Center at Aon Hewitt by calling 1-866-935-4015.  Representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Central Time, Monday through Friday, from October 20 – November 30.  Any changes must be provided to Aon Hewitt by November 30.  

Medicare Eligible Retirees
Medicare eligible retirees and/or eligible dependents will receive a packet of information from Aon Hewitt Navigators mid to late September.  Included in this packet will be a date and time for a telephone appointment with a benefit advisor to discuss your health care options and obtain enrollment assistance.  You can reschedule the appointment if the assigned date or time is not convenient for you—just follow the instructions provided in the packet.  If you have not yet received a packet, please contact Aon Hewitt Navigators at 1-888-628-2397.  Benefits advisors are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Central Time, Monday through Friday.
