Aon Hewitt Navigators’ scheduling system overbooked appointments for our Medicare-eligible retirees this week. Thank you to all who have notified State Farm of the issue.  Aon Hewitt Navigators has been placing calls to our retirees to get these appointments rescheduled.  We are very sorry this error occurred and are doing everything we can to work with Navigators to get you a new day/time to speak with a benefits advisor.
