State Farm believes all children deserve an education that helps them reach their potential and prepares them for life. State Farm’s support goes to programs that provide students the instruction, resources, and support they need to succeed. On Nov. 16, in support of these efforts, State Farm was proud to donate $3,000 to Canoga Park High School to go toward student incentives, student welfare, and teacher appreciation.

Woodland Hills Agency Field Executive Kathy Watrous said, “Canoga Park High School is located in the heart of the Woodland Hills in an area whose population is over 50 percent Hispanic. Our donation will help support its students and faculty during a time when school-district budgets are being severely tightened, even for the most essential programs.”

“State Farm cares about the Canoga Park community, especially the youth who will become our future leaders and educators who are guiding them. Incidentally, I was a high school agriculture teacher and Future Farmers of America (FFA) advisor many years ago, and was pleased to see that Canoga Park HS still has an active agriculture and FFA program!”

“The Woodland Hills Agency Field Office looks forward to continued support for Canoga Park High School.”
