Baltimore Ujima Awards Winners

The following organizations are Baltimore Ujima Award Winners, receiving a $3,000 grant from State Farm as well as donations from State Farm agents:

• Morgan State University in Baltimore

Maryland Relay For Life Event Raises $27,000

State Farm employees from Frederick volunteered at a local Relay for Life radiothon to raise funds for cancer research. Ten employees volunteered their time to take pledges from callers. Over a three-day period, $27,000 was raised for Relay for Life.
