State Farm Sponsors Healing Weekend For Children

Tears of sadness and comfort were in abundance at the Comfort Zone Camp In, held in Goochland, Va., in early November.

Mechanicsville Agent Julie Whitaker told the counselors, campers and their family members in attendance that State Farm® is a proud sponsor of the camp, which has served more than 6,000 children in the past decade.

Two of Julie’s team members – Yvette Brace and Cassandra Nelson – also volunteered at the camp.

“It was truly a life-changing experience,” Yvette said.
