Alliance for Community Traffic Safety (ACTS)

ACTS was founded in 1995 to focus on reducing fatalities and injuries resulting from vehicle crashes throughout Oregon. State Farm and ACTS have been partners since 2002 in traffic safety. Currently, our partnership is focused on promoting traffic safety for teenagers, expanding ACTS flagship child passenger safety program and sponsoring the Oregon Transportation Safety Conference in Salem.

SOLV brings Oregonians together to improve the environment and build a legacy of stewardship. Their broad scope of care for Oregon includes service-learning, watershed restoration, and cleanup. State Farm and SOLV have formed a close partnership in recent years that has created several in-depth service-learning opportunities for students, and provided restoration to several critical watersheds.

Oregon Impact

Oregon Impact provides community education, prevention and awareness activities to stop impaired driving. With an emphasis on teen drivers and those that ride with them, Oregon Impact takes its message to over 10,000 area teenagers at high schools, colleges and community events each year. State Farm and Oregon Impact have been partners in auto safety for two years. This partnership helped unveil a dynamic educational exhibit, the mobile crash car. This exhibit will provide continued awareness to the risks of unsafe choices behind the wheel for many years to come.

Camp Fire USA

Camp Fire USA is a community-based nonprofit organization that builds caring, confident youth and future leaders. Since its inception in 1910 Camp Fire has grown into a network of 120 councils serving 75,000 youth nationwide. The Portland Metro Council has served well over 100,000 youth since opening in 1912. In 2007, State Farm awarded a $100,000 Youth Advisory Board grant to Camp Fire’s Portland Metro Council for the Xploregon Teen Leadership Program.

Since that time State Farm and Camp Fire have continued to partner on this great initiative designed to give low/moderate-income high school students exposure to life?s options and a vision to their countless possibilities.

Employers for Education Excellence (E3)

E3 is a statewide nonprofit organization founded by the Oregon Business Council in 1996 to bring employers and schools together to improve student achievement. State Farm has been a supporter for E3 since 2003 with a strategic focus on improving student learning and closing the achievement gap in Oregon public schools.
