State Farm® Collegiate Open

 

WHO:	Some of the best collegiate players will be competing for an opportunity to automatically qualify for the Collegiate Players Tour National Championships in August at the Texas Star Golf Course in Dallas, TX. State Farm agents and collegiate golfers will also team up to benefit a local charity, The First Tee of Greater Miami Valley, in an outing taking place the day before the tournament begins.
WHAT:	Charity golf event and tournament sponsored by ServiceMASTER Clean, Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network, Enterprise Car Rental, and State Farm.
WHEN:	June 20-22, 2011 The charity outing begins at noon on June 20. The 54-hole Collegiate Players Tour begins June 21 and ends June 22.
WHERE:	Heatherwoode Golf Club 88 Heatherwoode Boulevard Springboro, OH 45066

• Registration Deadline: June 7, 2011. There is a 120 player limit.
• Entrance fee: $150 per golfer. Fee includes: lunch, dinner, one round of golf, green fees, golf shirt, range balls, and awards program.
• Prizes: 1st place: Foursome at NCR South Golf Course in Kettering, OH
• 2nd place: Foursome at Heritage Golf Club in Mason, OH
• 3rd place: Foursome at Heatherwood Golf Club in Springboro, OH
