(December 1, 2011) - State Farm agents, team members, and local claim representatives have been mobilized to assist our customers with wind damage related claims affecting California. At this time, our customers have begun reporting their claims. “Our first priority is the safety and well-being of those impacted by this windstorm,” said California Senior Vice President Tom Conley. “Once it is safe to do so, customers should inspect their homes or businesses and work with their agent and claim representative to help them through the claims process,” said Conley.
To report a claim, policyholders should call their agent or, 1-800-SF CLAIM (1-800-732-5246) or file your claim on-line at www.statefarm.com.
