Residents Impacted by Tuesday Night's Storm are Encouraged to Contact their Agent As Soon As Possible to Report a Claim

Anchorage, Alaska, September 6, 2012 - State Farm has received over 300 claims as a result of Tuesday night's windstorm. Property damage ranges from roof and siding to fences and automobiles. In response, local claim representatives and agents are on the scene addressing customer needs while additional claim representatives travel in to help.

Residents are encouraged to contact their agent as soon as possible to file a claim. Customers can also call 1-800-SFClaim (800-732-5246) or visit our website www.statefarm.com to report a claim.

“Our local representatives are here responding to our customers and additional help is on the way,” said Brad Hilliard State Farm Spokesman. “We are here 24/7 for our customers so if you realize you need to file a claim this weekend do not wait until Monday to do it.”
