WHAT: Ten State Farm Agents from Contra Costa County will deliver backpacks to ten local schools for students that may benefit from the contribution. The agents will provide 25 backpacks per school, for a total of 250. Each backpack will have binder paper, folders, pencils, hi-liters, pencil sharpener and an eraser. Additionally, each school will receive a box of copy paper and construction paper.
Showing Good Neighbor spirit is nothing new for these State Farm Agents, but this is a particularly timely contribution at the start of the school year, to help the students and schools get off to a good start. The backpacks and supplies will be delivered starting Friday, September 21st and will continue in to the following week.
