State Farm® Opens Drive-in Facilities Across the State
Denver, Colo., June 10, 2012 - State Farm continues to help customers who were impacted by the severe weather last week in Colorado. Over the weekend and this morning the company opened up three drive-in facilities in Colorado Springs, Parker and Greeley with plans to open another two tomorrow in Ft. Morgan and Greenwood Village.
As of this morning, State Farm has received almost 3,500 claims related to car damage stemming from the hail, wind and rain last week.
“Our drive-in facilities are a convenient way that our customers can quickly start the claims process,” says company spokeswoman Angela Thorpe. “It’s important our customers contact us first to file a claim and set up an appointment at one of our drive-in facilities to avoid waiting for long periods of time.”
As for the same severe weather event last week, the company is reporting more than 2,300 homeowners claims involving hail, wind and rain damage. Throughout the weekend additional resources for State Farm began converging on the state rapidly responding to the needs of customers.
