State Farm Responds to Washoe Drive Fire

Representative Available to Answer Questions

Reno, Nev., January 20, 2012 – State Farm® agents and claims personnel have been reaching out and calling hundreds of potentially impacted customers to stay in close contact with them during the Washoe Drive Fire.

“For the most part our customers are sharing their personal stories and their concern for their neighbors when we’re speaking with them,” says State Farm spokesman Robert Villegas. “Some of what we’re hearing from our customers who’ve been able to return to their homes is about the damage they’re finding and questions about what’s covered by insurance.”

While agents and claims personnel are meeting the needs of our customers, company media relations specialist Robert Villegas (310-294-0216) will be in the area Friday afternoon and available to the media as a resource.

State Farm is the largest insurer of homes and vehicles in Nevada and the U.S.
