January 17, 2013 Dallas, TX - Officials with State Farm Insurance have announced plans to add 140 positions at the Richardson office at 1011 Galatyn Parkway in the first quarter of 2013.
The positions being added at this time are assistant and entry level jobs within State Farm’s claims and customer service functions. Initial Loss Reporting, Claims Associate - Job ID # 36578. The ILR Claims Associate will be the initial contact point for our customers when they sustain a loss. This position advances the initial claims processing activities to ensure prompt routing of claims to other functional areas in support of our commitment to providing outstanding service to policyholders.
Express Claims Associate - Job Opening ID# 36579. The Express Claims Associate handles customer experience throughout the handling of lower complexity claims. They will also identify and ensure prompt routing of claims to other functional areas in support of our commitment to policyholders.
