After two and a half weeks of voting with more than 3.4 million votes, State Farm® is proud to announce that two Florida nonprofits rallied enough Facebook votes to receive a $25,000 grant to improve their communities of Orange City (near Orlando) and Melbourne.

45 Florida high schools receive State Farm/SADD teen safe driving grants

Forty-five Florida high schools are receiving $1,000 SADD teen safe driving grants thanks to funding support from State Farm. Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for Florida teens, and fatalities of Florida teen drivers and passengers increased 7% from 2010-2011, according to data.
