State Farm announced today that it has awarded a $25,000 grant to Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain, Inc. (JA). JA is a nonprofit organization that inspires and prepares young people to embrace free enterprise and succeed in a global economy by emphasizing the importance of financial literacy, entrepreneurship and workforce development.

Local Dove Creek youth-based safety organization STUDents Taking Action Against Underage Drinking has received a $5,000 Good Neighbor Citizenship® Grant from State Farm. Funds will be used across multiple programs and activities throughout the year focusing on safe teen driving habits, distracted driving, drinking and driving, and promoting refusal to ride with an impaired driver.
