State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, the largest insurer of autos in Georgia and in the nation, is increasing its overall rate level in Georgia an average of 4.5 percent effective on new and renewal policies dated July 15, 2013 and later for renewal business subject to advance billing requirements.
