Darcy is an office representative since September 2006. She is licensed in auto and fire insurance products. She assists customers with their service needs, claims, and billing questions. She is a lifelong resident of Berrien County and graduated from Lakeshore High School in Stevensville and Southwestern Michigan College in Dowagiac. When not in the office you will most likely find Darcy volunteering with The American Cancer Society's Relay for Life in Berrien Springs or at her church.

Ralph has been our office manager since 1999. He works with our home, renters, and rental dwelling insurance products. Ralph was a licensed home contractor and is able to provide exceptional home insurance service. Ralph is a lifelong Benton Harbor, Bridgman, Saint Joseph and Stevensville resident. He coached Berrien County youth athletics for over 20 years. Ralph enjoys playing golf, Chicago Bears and Michigan State Football, his daily walks, and boating Southwest Michigan waterways.

Chris is a lifetime resident of Stevensville, MI and has been part of our team since February 2010. He graduated from Stevensville Lakeshore high school and Michigan State University. He has worked in the insurance industry since 2007 and is licensed in Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Health insurance. He is our marketing representative for creating new marketing systems and ensuring customer satisfaction. He enjoys spending time with the family, going to the beach, and watching football.
