You’ll be asked to provide the following information so we can verify your identity:

  • Your account type, such as loan, checking, savings, or CD
  • Your 10-digit account number
  • Your PIN

Once your identity has been verified, the system will establish your voiceprint¹:

  • You will be asked to speak the digits one through nine three separate times.
  • You will need to provide a special date (month and day) that is easy for you to remember but not your birthday.
  • Finally, you will record a hint to help remind you of the date you provided.

When you call to enroll, the system will walk you through this simple process in order to establish your voice print. During each subsequent call you make to State Farm Bank, we will simply verify your identity with your voice print and you’ll be ready to perform any of the above actions.

  • ¹ Voiceprint enrollment is not applicable for Mortgage and Credit Card account access.

ATM Banking

Withdrawals, Transfers, and Balance Inquiries

Withdrawals, transfers, and balance inquiries can be made at ATMs that display the NYCE®, VISA®/PLUS, PULSE®, or STAR® logos. Click on the images below to find an ATM near you.

Deposits

Deposits can be made at ATMs owned by State Farm Bank® or at full-service ATMs that participate in deposit sharing and display the NYCE, STAR, or PULSE logos.

Deposit sharing is when a financial institution agrees to accept deposits for other banks. Deposit sharing can be either intrastate (within the same state) or interstate (national).

The availability of this function is determined by each individual institution that owns/operates the ATM. Each financial institution can choose whether they want to participate in deposit sharing on a state level, a national level, or not at all. There is no way for State Farm Bank to regulate or control availability since the financial institution that owns the ATM can change their options at any time.

The number of ATMs that will accept State Farm Bank deposits varies greatly from state to state. Currently, State Farm Bank customers can only make deposits at full-service ATMs that participate in deposit sharing and display the NYCE, STAR, or PULSE logos. State Farm Bank is based in Illinois; therefore customers residing outside of Illinois can make deposits only at machines participating in interstate deposit sharing and displaying the NYCE, STAR, or PULSE logos.

ATM Surcharge Rebates

State Farm Bank will not charge customers for the use of ATMs not owned by the Bank (considered foreign ATMs). Further, the Bank will rebate a foreign ATM surcharge imposed by the ATM owner in any amount assessed against a State Farm Bank Checking, Interest Checking, or Money Market Account provided that there is a direct deposit via an Automated Clearing House (ACH) credit into that account during the statement cycle of the foreign ATM transaction. If there has been no direct deposit via an ACH credit into the State Farm Bank Checking, Interest Checking, or Money Market Account during the statement cycle, the Bank will rebate up to a total of $10 in foreign ATM surcharges per account per statement cycle. State Farm Bank Savings Accounts will be rebated up to a total of $10 in foreign ATM surcharges per account per statement cycle. For International ATM Fees incurred travelling outside of the U.S., please call Us at 1-877-734-2265 to have your rebate applied to your account. For those customers who receive up to $10 per statement cycle, the amount of the International ATM Fee Rebate will be deducted from your $10 benefit.

When you use an ATM not owned by Us, You may be charged a fee by the ATM operator and You may be charged a fee for balance inquiry even if You do not complete a fund transfer.

State Farm Bank will impose a fee to non–State Farm Bank issued cards for withdrawing cash from a State Farm Bank ATM.
