Agreement

This agreement provides the terms and conditions of the Expedited Payment-Overnight check delivery service available through the State Farm Bank® Internet Bill Payment Service. By entering into this Agreement, you accept all terms and conditions stated herein. This service is an extension of the Internet Bill Payment Service, and therefore the Internet Bill Payment Service Terms and Conditions also apply. To the extent of any conflict, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

Features of Expedited Payments

This feature allows you to make overnight payments by check to all payees. Overnight check payments are sent using FedEx® overnight delivery service. To ensure overnight delivery, overnight checks can only be sent to a valid street address in the continental United States (the Contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia). In addition, overnight check payments cannot be delivered to the following locations:

  • APO or FPO addresses
  • Post Office (P.O.) boxes
  • Addresses considered undeliverable using USPS standards

If an undeliverable address is entered, an error message will be displayed.

After entering the payment details, you will be able to review the payment information. At this time you will have the opportunity to edit or cancel the payment. Once you click “Make payment”, your payment cannot be edited or cancelled.

There is a 6:00 p.m. Central Time business day cutoff for overnight check payments to be submitted. Overnight check payments submitted on a non-business day or after the cutoff are processed the next business day.

Fees

A convenience fee of $14.99 will be electronically deducted from your funding account as a separate transaction for each overnight check submitted.
