Internet Banking Protection
You can confidently use State Farm Bank’s online banking service knowing that your personal liability is limited the event of a loss. If you believe your User Identification or Password has been lost, stolen or compromised, and you tell us within two business days after you learn of the loss or theft, you will not be liable if someone used your information without your permission. ATM Card Protection

Visa® CheckCard Protection
When a lost or stolen State Farm Visa CheckCard is used at a Visa merchant, you have no liability for unauthorized transactions. When a lost or stolen State Farm Bank Visa CheckCard is used at a non-Visa merchant, you will not be liable for unauthorized transactions if you notify us within two business days of discovering that your card is missing or compromised. Bill Pay Guarantee
Unauthorized Transfers
If you notify us within two business days after you discover your password or other means to access your account has been lost or stolen, you will not be liable should someone access your account without your permission. Service Guarantee
Due to circumstances beyond State Farm Bank’s control, some payments may take longer than the scheduled amount of time to be credited to your account. State Farm Bank will bear responsibility for any late payment related charges up to $50.00 should a payment post after its due date as long as the payment is scheduled in accordance with the Internet Bill Payment Service Terms and Conditions.
