Glossary

  • CCD Payment - payment going to a business or corporate account.
         - Example: paying utility or water bill.
  • PPD Payment - payment going to a personal account.
         - Example: paying your employees.
  • CCD Collection(Footnote) - collecting a payment from an external business or corporate account.
  • PPD Collection(Footnote) - collecting a payment from an external personal account.
  • Templates - allows you to create and save a format that can be applied to frequent ACH payments, book transfers, and wires.
  • Domestic Wire - a wire being sent to a US recipient.
  • USD International Wire - a wire being sent in USD to a foreign recipient.

Footnote: In order to pull money from an external account, you must have pre-authorization to do so.
