Sign On

Step 1 - Log In

Once you receive a confirmation email that you have been successfully enrolled into BeB, you are ready to sign in to BeB.

  1. To log in to BeB you will need your Company ID and User ID

  1. Click Continue to type in your password

Step 3 - Set Up Secure Sign On

If you are logging in for the first time, you will be presented with a Secure Sign on Setup Screen.

  1. Click Begin Setup to start

Once you click Begin Setup, you will be asked to:

  1. Provide a Personal Phrase
    • Type in a personal phrase, this will appear every time you type in your password.
  2. Select a Picture
    • A picture is preselected for you.
    • You may change the picture if you would like. You can search pictures by category.

Once you click continue setup, the Setup Confirmation Questions page is displayed.

  1. You will have to choose 4 confirmation questions and provide answers to each question.
  2. After you have chosen your 4 questions, click Continue setup.

Once you click Continue setup, the Register your computer page is displayed.

To register your computer complete the following:

  1. On the Secure Sign On Computer Registration page, select the Register your computer option.
    • Note: If you select the Do not register this computer option, you are prompted to answer your confirmation questions before you can sign on to protect your personal information.
  2. Click Continue setup.

Once you click continue setup, the Secure Sign on Preview page is displayed. Make any necessary changes because you cannot modify any selections once the setup process is completed.

  • If a change is needed after you complete your set up, you must have Secure Sign On removed from your profile. The primary user can contact State Farm Bank to do this and all other users must contact their company's primary user.
  • When you sign on to Business eBanking after your Secure Sign On information has been removed, you must repeat the Secure Sign On setup process and choose different selections.

You will be prompted to enter your password to protect your personal information.

Once complete setup is clicked, the Secure Sign On Confirmation page is displayed.

Set Up Complete.
