The email recipient is being requested to access a link in the email and to provide customer account related details. Neither the email, nor the link provided is affiliated with State Farm.

Additional Details: If you believe you receive this suspicious email, be aware of text stating, "We are contacting you to remind you that our Account Review Team identified some unusual activity in your account. In accordance with State Farm Bank® User Agreement and to ensure that your account has not been accessed from fraudulent locations, access to your account has been limited."

State Farm encourages you to practice good security habits.

Do not disclose any personal identity information if requested via an unsolicited phone call or e-mail, including:

• State Farm Bank account numbers
• Credit card numbers
• Personal Identification Numbers (PIN)
• Passwords
• Social Security Number

If you receive such emails or notifications that are questionable, please report them to your State Farm Agent or contact State Farm at 1-877-734-2265.
