Special Limits
Currently, homeowners insurance policies have a special limit on certain articles of personal property. For example:
  • money, bank notes and coins
  • business property on the residence premises
  • securities, stamps and deeds
  • loss by theft of jewellery or furs
These are only some examples of items mentioned in the policy. For exact items and corresponding limits of coverage, please refer to the policy. Additional insurance may be obtained for an additional premium on many items that have special limits. After reading your policy, if you find you need higher limits, discuss the coverage with a State Farm agent.
