There are more State Farm employees working in Claims than any other area of the Company. While many are based in our larger, centralized offices, there are Claims employees located across the United States.

In-Office

If you like the vibe of a fast-paced, structured team environment, our larger locations bring together property and casualty Claims and State Farm Catastrophe Services^® in-office employees in an atmosphere of teamwork and accountability, with a keen focus on customer service. This is demanding, rewarding work—and a great fit if you're a strong problem solver and communicator who can build rapport with customers over the phone.

If you prefer a more independent role investigating and evaluating; working with agents, attorneys, providers, and other insurance companies, then our life/health or subrogation Claims areas may be a good fit for you.

Field, On Scene, Mobile

Are you a more hands-on person who doesn't require the structure of a "normal" day at the office? There are lots of flexible ways we serve our customers—anytime, anywhere—from traditional office environments to mobile workers.
