Application Technical Help
If you have had problems loading the application, try enabling your cookies:
Internet Explorer
- Windows operating system
- Click Tools on the menu bar
- Click Internet Options
- In the General tab, click delete under Browsing History
- Click Delete Files under Temporary Internet Files
Firefox
- Macintosh operating system
- Click Tools on the menu bar
- Click Clear Recent History
- Select “Everything” in the drop‐down box
- Click Clear Now
- Windows operating system
- Click Tools on the menu bar
- Click Options
- Click Privacy tab
- Click "Show cookies" button
- Click Remove All
Google Chrome
- Windows operating system
- Go to the wrench in the upper right‐hand corner
- Click Options
- Click the Under the Hood tab
- Click Content Settings
- Click "Allow local data to be set" (recommended)
- Ensure "Block all third-party cookies without exception" is not checked
- Ensure "Clear cookies and other site data when I close my browser" is not checked
Safari
- Macintosh operating system
- Click Safari on the menu bar
- Click Preferences
- Click Security Tab at top
- Click "Show cookies" button
- Click Remove All
- Windows operating system
- Click Edit
- Click Security tab at top
- Click "Show cookies" button
- Click Remove All
