Bank Operations Center (BOC) Representative
In this role, you are responsible for deposit account activations and account servicing. This career requires written and verbal interaction with State Farm Bank customers, agents, and employees, and carrying out the State Farm Bank customer service philosophy in a fast-paced environment.

Bank Collection Center (BCC) Representative
In this role, you serve as the primary customer contact on delinquent accounts in an inbound/outbound call center environment. You use the appropriate systems to review and analyze customer accounts. You also educate customers on the importance of timely payments and recommend appropriate solutions for meeting obligations and avoiding possible consequences. Knowledge of applicable collection laws and regulations is beneficial to performing the duties of a collections representative.
