Application Technical Help
Our application works running the newest or second newest browser version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome on a PC or MAC computer. For security reasons, the system will time out after 60 minutes of inactivity; so don't let a page sit for too long without taking action.
For help when applying, refer to the Help link in the upper right‐hand corner of the application.
Listed below are possible solutions if you may be experiencing technical difficulties. Please complete these steps before reporting technical issues.
If you are still experiencing difficulties after completing the steps above, please fill out our Technical Difficulties Reporting Form. This form will help us identify and correct issues with the system. Once you have completed the form, try completing the application using a different computer, such as your public library.
